Here are just some of the unique educational programs that make Saints Peter and Paul School so special.

Computer Technology Program

Through this integrated classroom program offered in our Computer Lab, students from Kindergarten through eighth grade utilize computers to reinforce and enhance their academic curriculum. Our children receive instruction in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.

Cooking & Sewing Programs

Giving middle grade students tools for life, our cooking and sewing programs help students apply classroom concepts to real-life situations. Our volunteer instructors from the community share their professional expertise with our students through a variety of hands-on cooking and sewing projects.

Books & Beyond Program

This innovative, school-wide literacy program encourages students, parents, and teachers to expand their reading horizons by reading books of their choice throughout the school year. The program culminates with an awards ceremony where participants receive special recognition for their reading achievements.

Entrepreneurial Program and Tea Room

Local businesses, parent volunteers, and alumni staff this innovative program, which gives middle grade students the opportunity to develop real-world business skills. A key project is the school’s Tea Room, a breakfast café operated and managed by students participating in the program.

The Guardian Angel Program

This program fosters partnerships between seventh graders and senior citizens from the parish and surrounding community. As “guardian angels,” our senior friends share fellowship, community service projects, and life experiences with our students throughout the school year. 

The Wee Deliver Program

Through this national program, fourth and fifth graders operate a school post office for faculty, students, and their families under the direction of the United States Postal Service of Fall River. Fall River’s postal workers administer postal exams and conduct interviews for the positions held by student postal workers. Saints Peter and Paul School holds the distinction of operating the oldest Wee Deliver Program in Fall River.
